I had an appointnent at 800 am. I arrived at 750 am. Unfortunately the person I requested and had already changed appointments to have was not there. Noone even came to my car unt I arrived at 750 am. Unfortunately the person I requested and had already changed appointments to have was not there. Noone even came to my car until 820. Then, upon doing the orders, I was told the car would be ready at 11, then i was asked if I was staying, i said yes and he said, good we'll keep the car and get everything done and it will be ready around 2. I asked where Jose was since my appointment was with him. I was told they had someone quit, so they had to change schedules and gave him the day off. The car was ready around 12. When I went inside to pay, which I used to always do,they told me I had to go out to my service guy, but he was on break for another 10 minutes, and i should go wait by his office, mind you it is hot out. I go out and he has another customer in his office. When he finished, I went in and I had to tell him my name 4 times before he got my paperwork. Then, i take out cash to pay and he tells me he cant take cash, so now I had to go back inside to pay. Again, i had to wait for someone from the parts department to get off the phone to take my payment. I had my keys, but my car wasnt out, so Carlos said hed have someone get it. He then took my keys and disappeared. After the car wash, there were black streaks all across the bottom of the car. I got into my car and left feeling like i do not like the changes that are happening. I am a very long time customer, about 22 years (when they were across the street). My only good experience with service is when i have Jose, thus why my appointment was made w him and I feel like I should have been notified and given the option to change appointment if they changed his days off. More

I had an appointment I was welcomed with friendly staff. The lobby had refreshments and place to sit with phone charging, my car was washed and oil changed and Carols did the paperwork everything was good ?
