I went it with the intention of getting acquainted with what was available but Ed, Carlos and Hon made it a my true Ultimate BUYING Experience. Ed - patient to show me all the options and helped me find my perfect car. Hon taking time to explain my financing and maintenance options available. Last but certainly not least, Carlos!!! Took so much time throughout the process to answer questions, demonstrate the features on my new car!!! Made me feel like very comfortable about my decision and the car I was buying. In addition, Carlos provided his cell number for my reassurance when leaving with my car three hours after getting there. His professional style should by truly be recognized! As I said earlier, Ed, Hon and Carlos deserve more than 5 stars in my opinion! My Ultimate Buying Experience! More
