Exceptional, courteous customer service throughout the sales process. Spent a great deal of time with me going over my new car so that I thoroughly understood all of the great safety and comfort features. sales process. Ed and Carlos at Circle BMW were fantastic, so much so that after leasing one vehicle (X1) I returned the next week to lease another (X3)! Happy to now be a customer of theirs and Circle BMW as a whole; that after leasing one vehicle (X1) I returned the next week to lease another (X3)! Happy to now be a customer of theirs and Circle BMW as a whole; all the staff were friendly and accommodating. The prices were on target and the experience was swift with no numbers games or long wait periods as you may experience in other dealerships. Highly recommend. Thanks, Rich More
