In a word - PHENOMENAL! This dealership is the best I have ever dealt with for a BMW or any other manufacturer - Amazing people, outstanding cars, and incredible service. It was worth it to me to travel the 1 hr 30 mins to meet Edward and Carlos, superb professionals and simply wonderful down to earth people. Andrew, their finance manager, equally incredible. These folks valued my trade in over the phone, honored their word and had the vehicle professionally inspected and detailed to showroom condition before I even arrived. I have had previous horrible experiences with other dealerships, BMW and others, but you will NOT be disappointed purchasing and servicing your vehicle from these terrific folks. The car I purchased is not CPO, but it might as well be. The vehicle is in amazing mechanical and cosmetic condition, and even Carlos' and Edward's collegaues were super friendly and informative. I feel like I made a few good friends yesterday, and I encourage you to go to this dealer above all others and have an excellent purchasing and servicing experience.
