My partner was looking for an SUV and he didn't care what year or miles on it he was desperate. Carlos broke it down and even went above and beyond to give advice "I want you to walk before you can run". Not only did we look at SUVs we found the perfect car thanks to him for guiding us into the right direction. He was helpful encouraging and even personable.
