Kids love Carlos! I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . I have never had a game free experience at a dealership before. I certainly hope that the management and ownership recognize Carlos for his completely outstanding commitment to doing the right thing for his customers. I feel that each and every employee is an important part of an organization. The commitment by Carlos to help find the right vehicle and make sure the sales experience would be perfect was very refreshing to say the very least. I hope that Mr. Tufankjian realizes he has a great asset to the business in Mr. Alvarez. Having worked many years in the automotive business I have always disliked having to go look for a vehicle . I have always had to explain I am in the business and don't want to play games and yet this is what always happens....games from the top down sales managers to the salesperson. There were never any games and Carlos along with Bob keough worked hard to find the vehicle that would work for me as well as what would be the best value. When I came in for the appointment unfortunately Danny was unable to be there and so I worked with Carlos. Carlos helped me find the perfect car for me which I thought would’ve been a RAV4 but it ended up being a corolla. I felt very welcome and I was being listened to. Carlos helped with all my concerns and made the experience much less stressful.
