Kids love Carlos! I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . Carlos was great he was attentive to the kids and made sure to help find the vehic I was shopping with my two young sons which is always a challenge . I have never had a game free experience at a dealership before. I hope that Mr. Tufankjian realizes he has a great asset to the business in Mr. Alvarez. Having worked many years in the automotive business I have always disliked having to go look for a vehicle . I have always had to explain I am in the business and don't want to play games and yet this is what always happens....games from the top down sales managers to the salesperson.
