Carlos Ongsingco was our salesperson and I showed him what I was looking for and he immediately said they have it in the wharehouse. He let me test drive a similar model to the wharehouse. He showed me exactly what I was looking for. He went through all my requests and was very honest about the prices and made it an enjoyable experience to buy my first X3 BMW. The car genie showed me exactly how to work things in the car and the finance manager Reda Bouattoura was very honest and there were no hidden fees. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the car itself. It's beautiful and drives great but c'mon BMW, it's 2019 and my car doesn't have auto start and ventilation from the app on your phone is a joke because it blows out cold air-not hot. I will hate having to get into my car on a cold snowy day because it didn't have a basic feature that I feel most cars have now. More

More often than none, customers are treated like a number especially in sales. I never felt pushed or pressured to make a decision. Everything was tailored to my husband’s and my needs. After some lengthy discussion, we decided on a specific model/make. During the test drive everything (features and etc) were explained to us in great detail. The salesman whom the receptionist I stopped by to shop around in Oct. last year but I unexpectedly went home with a brand new 330i five hours later. The salesman whom the receptionist assigned to me was Carlo Ongsingco. Carlo is very courteous, patient, fair and conscientious. The negotiation was easy and flawless. None of those intimiditation tricks that I did not need my boyfriend to rescue me. Carlo helped me in anyway he could to reach to a comfortable but fair agreement. I took the vehicle home at almost 9 pm only to find out that there were minor issues to the bumper the next day. He was more than kind enough to facilitate the service for the car which I had to reschedule a couple of times. He was always prompt in responding to my calls. He always treated me with respect. I highly recommended him to my friends and family and nevertheless to the Filipino community in Long Island. I can see his passion for his job the way he deals with his customers like me. I can foresee his overwhelming success in the future. Keep up the great job Carlo! More
