During my last visit I mentioned to Mrs. Soto that the fabric on my driver seat was coming off. She looked and took a picture of it submitting it to the warranty administrator to see if it w Soto that the fabric on my driver seat was coming off. They’ve been amazing every time I’ve gone to get my car serviced. I genuinely feel like I get great deals and they have the best customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. My appointment was for 3:40pm but I dropped my car off at 8am early and they had my oil change, inspection, and both sets of breaks done by 2pm. I’m moving to the west side of town in a month but I’ll likely continue going to southside kia because they’re the best! More

How to go about this review. 1) Bought the “tire certificates” from Discount Tire about 2 months ago, with no issues whatsoever. They inspected my tires, said they were fine (all 1) Bought the “tire certificates” from Discount Tire about 2 months ago, with no issues whatsoever. They inspected my tires, said they were fine (all at 7/32 tread). On 12/29/22 had them rotated and balanced (mind you no one brought anything up out of the ordinary) and soon after developed a pulling to the right. At first I thought it was the crowning in the road, yet after driving in different lanes,(seeing if it was just my imagination) no matter what, it still pulled to the right. Well, took it to Southside Kia, and brought it up to Mrs. Soto, granted yes the alignment was out by a long shot, but the funny thing was the car didn’t pull prior to rotating the tires. (Yes I know that’s weird) Because Discount Tire told me the mismatched tire was dangerous (yes I brought this up to their customer service department) I wound up getting a new set of tires from Mrs. Soto who was able to get them price matched for me. Had them installed on 2/10/23, and couldn’t be any happier. There’s no more vibration, or shimmy as the previous tires had, and now it’s like driving a brand new car (night and day difference). Even though I bought new tires, it was the lesser of 2 evils, because the 1’s on the car the previous owner bought from Walmart, and they were out of stock, but the ride was horrible. More

We called in to get Oil Changed and was advised that we would be a walkin. nGot tyhere and our Tech Carisa Soto was there and we left the car in her good hands. She took care of everything!! HANDS DOWN TO CORISSA. ...IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! She took VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY GOOD CARE OF ME! I had been to Kia Service Dept...a total of 5-6 times. ...IN YOUR SERVICE DEPARTMENT!!!! She took VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY VERY GOOD CARE OF ME! I had been to Kia Service Dept...a total of 5-6 times. CORISSA made sure my last time coming there in regards to my issue would be the last time i came back... BECAUSE she was going to make sure it was fixed! She went ABOVE & BEYOND.....AND MADE SURE MY HORN WORKED PROPERLY BEFORE I LEFT! I recommend CORISSA for all my needs!!!! More
