I recommend buyers avoid this dealership. I only came here because they had the Nissan Frontier with the trim/packages/options I wanted. I like the truck but buying it at Kenosha Nissan was I only came here because they had the Nissan Frontier with the trim/packages/options I wanted. I like the truck but buying it at Kenosha Nissan was a big mistake, my worst car buying experience ever, and the first time a dealership has actually been misleading during negotiations about key terms (as opposed to merely trying to sell you dealer add-ons you don't need -- which they also did but I declined and insisted they remove). Do not let your guard down for even 1 second and don't let them rush you to sign a deal sheet without doing your own calculations. The issue I had involved the trade in value for my existing vehicle. When I indicated I would need to leave and come back when their trade offer was significantly below another offer I had for my vehicle from CarMax, they increased their number to a number I found agreeable. But it turns out they did not really give me the trade-in value they presented to me. Instead they inserted the words "Effective Trade Allowance" in the deal sheet and overstated the applicable taxes (while never discussing either item in those terms during our negotiations). The actual taxes were much less and they kept the overstated taxes instead of giving me credit for their overstatement. When I called about this the morning of the next business day, they refused to do anything to rectify the situation. More

This was the best vehicle buying experience I have ever had. Guillermo was very friendly and not pushy…at all. And, he actually knew about the vehicles I was looking at. He was patient with my questions and transparent while working through the purchase. Amar, (Sales manager I think) was also great. There were no hidden cost games and he was up-front with what he could and couldn’t do in regards to price. And, no pressure with him either. Finally, Cameron (finance) made the paperwork process easy. Everything that was discussed with Guillermo and Amar was the same when I worked with Cameron. No games and no surprises. He did review extended warranty options but in a way that was informative and actually helpful. When he was done explaining, he made a recommendation but it wasn’t a sales pitch or scare tactic. As a result, I actually purchased an extended warranty (first time ever) at a price that I felt was very fair. After all is said and done, I walked out of there excited about my purchase, which is the way it should be. More
