Sales was very responsive initially, but I have struggled with the service department (had to call sales multiple times to get updates from what should have been service department, let my vehicle sit for 2 with the service department (had to call sales multiple times to get updates from what should have been service department, let my vehicle sit for 2 hours before starting what should have been a 1.5 hour appt, etc) and probably would not use again. I am still waiting for a call back that should have happened a week ago. More

This was by far the most enjoyable car buying experience we had ever had. Cam was just great to work with, he answered all our questions throughly. There was no pressure to buy. Once we decided on our vehic we had ever had. Cam was just great to work with, he answered all our questions throughly. There was no pressure to buy. Once we decided on our vehicle he went through everything on the car and made it easy to understand. I would recommend Cam to anyone. Jay in finance was also great to work with. He explained our lease and didn’t pressure us to add things to the lease. We were in and out of the finance department in 20 minutes. By far the quickest we have ever financed a car. In all aspects we would recommend Werner Mazda. More

Over the Top Experience Have been purchasing vehicles from Werner for years. From Sales to Service the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. With Covid-19 in all our minds Have been purchasing vehicles from Werner for years. From Sales to Service the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. With Covid-19 in all our minds, Werner followed appropriate guidelines and made all feel safe and comfortable. Highly recommend Cameron in sales. Hard to find representatives in any industry that actually listen to the needs of the customer, Cameron is the exception. Listened to what my requirements where and presented options that clearly meet my needs. Finance was exceptional, not trying to oversell and efficiently processed the paperwork. I have learned over the years to always expect the above treatment as Werner has always exceeded my expectations. More
