I am always reluctant to work with a dealership for a used car and after the post sale experience I still am. Before considering the purchase I had concerns about the balancing on the tires and the b used car and after the post sale experience I still am. Before considering the purchase I had concerns about the balancing on the tires and the brakes. I drove the car and brought it right back because the balancing didn’t feel right. They rebalanced the tires so I drove it again and it felt better but as you can imagine a 10 minute drive isn’t the same as owning the car. I felt better so I bought it and after a day of driving at different speeds the balancing issue was still there. I reached out and they got me right in rebalanced the tires and it’s not any better. So I let the sales rep know that the rim has to be fixed or replaced he said that’s the service dept’s call and when I brought that up to the service tech he said it’s a sales issue. They say that the car is deemed safe, which I’m sure it is but I have to drive a car with a vibration at 45-65 MPH range. I asked how I’m supposed to rotate the tires and put that rim on the front and that would not be safe. Haven’t heard back yet. Mike 603-234-8261 More

Was serviced by a salesman named Cameron Landry. First time buying a brand new car and was nervous about the process. He dealt with me sending many MANY emails and priced out several cars for me. Genuinel time buying a brand new car and was nervous about the process. He dealt with me sending many MANY emails and priced out several cars for me. Genuinely wanted me to be happy with what I was getting and talked me into nothing. I was sure I was getting the best price possible throughout the whole process and am extremely happy with what I got. I got a much better car than I anticipated and at a great price. I felt no pressure from Cameron the whole time, and he walked me through how to use everything in the car until I felt comfortable. Truly an awesome guy! More

Manual transmissions the sales person was 100% great from start to finish. Unfortunely there was only ONE manual transmission to pick from from your entire inventory. BAD. the other negative was that on the internet or gps you also still have your old address from Gold street and i was directed there more than once so i cant be the only person that has been misdirected to the wrong address since youve moved. Sales was very responsive initially, but I have struggled with the service department (had to call sales multiple times to get updates from what should have been service department, let my vehicle sit for 2 with the service department (had to call sales multiple times to get updates from what should have been service department, let my vehicle sit for 2 hours before starting what should have been a 1.5 hour appt, etc) and probably would not use again. I am still waiting for a call back that should have happened a week ago. More
