Calvin (finance manager) emailed and called to get information ahead of time so all the paperwork would be complete when I arrived. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was easy, efficient, friendly, and professional. I can't recommend Erica and Calvin enough--they are THE BEST! I will be back (but not for awhile as I love this car!) More

Great experience today. I called up Russ and let him know I was coming to look at the car. He confirmed it was available, had it sitting in front of the showroom when I got I called up Russ and let him know I was coming to look at the car. He confirmed it was available, had it sitting in front of the showroom when I got there, told me some things about the cars safety features that helped me to recognize them on the test drive, handed me the keys and said, “take it for a drive and I’ll see you when you get back.” No pressure sales tactics. When I let him know I wanted it they put together the package and had me out of there in no time at all. Russ even took the time to teach me about some of the features and how to personalize the settings. Really great service and salesmanship. More
