After having my first Fit totaled and learning Fits we’re no longer made, I asked Russ to keep an eye out but didn’t have high hopes. A few months later Russ found me the perfect fit Fit! It had everything I wanted in a used Fit and the process moved so quickly to get me back into my dream car. Russ worked around my work schedule and enthusiasm to have me signing papers in less than a week! The best part? I get a car with enough trunk space for my active lifestyle and Russ didn’t blink an eye when I asked for the photo from the trunk because he knew how much I was looking forward to having the room. Erica made this process as easy as possible. Their use of technology allowed me to get the time consuming work done ahead of time. Calvin (finance manager) emailed and called to get information ahead of time so all the paperwork would be complete when I arrived. This was BY FAR the best car buying experience I have ever had. It was easy, efficient, friendly, and professional. I can't recommend Erica and Calvin enough--they are THE BEST! I will be back (but not for awhile as I love this car!) More
