He greeted me and showed me a vehicle, though I was told it has just gotten there and will go through service soon. I was fine with this, got to inspect the car and drive it. I was able to do more advanced diagnostics with an OBD2 reader and deeper look, and he was very hands off but helpful. I decided to buy the vehicle and we were able to get the deal done in under two hours, even negotiated a discount to ship it. I am happy with this experience as it sets a standard for transparency and ease of experience. He was also quite friendly. More

She drove it up to me for a test drive a couple of hours later. Then she and Caleb drove the car to me the next day to sign papers and close the deal. I hate the typical car buying process but Janie and Apple Lease Returns made it very easy. I have Janie’s number saved in my phone and will absolutely be calling her when it is time to replace my wife’s car. I can’t recommend her enough. More
