I bought a truck 11 months ago and have had to take into the shop 7 times. I went to Jim Norton to let them know I was unsatisfied with the truck and they stepped up and made everything right! I was able to the shop 7 times. I went to Jim Norton to let them know I was unsatisfied with the truck and they stepped up and made everything right! I was able to trade out my truck for a brand new one. No money out of my pocket and a lower interest rate and lower payment ! Exact same truck!
