One thing that really stood out to me was the atmosphere. Normally, when I take my vehicle in for service, I’m ready to leave and catch a ride home. But at Beaver Chevrolet, I actually enjoyed staying. Watching the Beaver Chevrolet TV programming, learning about the history of the dealership, and hearing Ms. Pat’s story made the wait enjoyable and meaningful. The amenities were excellent, and the entire setup made customers feel comfortable and appreciated. The customer service I received from start to finish was exceptional.
