I came to McLarty Daniel of Springdale because I was seriously considering upgrading my current EV to something with more range. While looking at vehicles, I used the EV charger listed in the Blink app seriously considering upgrading my current EV to something with more range. While looking at vehicles, I used the EV charger listed in the Blink app as FREE and available. Instead of simply approaching me and explaining that they didn’t want it used, someone unplugged my car without saying a word. I was then rudely told the charger “isn’t for public use.” If that’s the case, stop advertising it as available on Blink. The bigger issue is the complete lack of basic courtesy. I was a potential customer actively looking to buy a vehicle, and this is how I was treated; so glad I learned they dont care about their customers before I became one. McLarty Daniel lost a potential sale over poor customer service and unnecessary disrespect. I won’t be back. More
