Salesman CJ Nichols and Finance Manager Jennifer Duran went above and beyond to make the buying experience a good one for me. They both took the extra time to explain all of the features and programs. At no time did I feel pressured, which is a very good thing. Caring Knowledgeable Professional Beyond the call of “business” CJ Nichols, “our” :) Sales agent at Tucson Subaru on Oracle Road gave us insight to one of his customers who is a long time Subaru own “business” CJ Nichols, “our” :) Sales agent at Tucson Subaru on Oracle Road gave us insight to one of his customers who is a long time Subaru owner. Alice, my wife, has been a dedicated Subaru owner since 1998, when she purchased her new Subaru Outback. After 26 happy years of Subaru ownership, this week, we bought our 2nd certified used 2020 Subaru Forester Limited, after looking at, with CJ’s guidance, many Outbacks and Foresters (our favorites). Going home the first day, CJ told us other vehicles possible will be emailed to me. “Terry”, CJ’s manager, emailed us with a satisfaction follow-up including the searchable data base of all vehicles available at this dealership. We found around ten vehicles. We found the one we’d seen (and test rode with CJ) and The Forester we wound up choosing. The Forester is loaded with the safety features that have earned Subaru its top of the line rating (blind spot warning, cruise control, theft option, lane guidance, automatic braking based on the car in front, fog lights, and the feature that demands you keep your hands on the wheel while using the automatic navigation options). It has the luxury features like a sun roof, heated seats, and electric seat adjustments. The map is easily programmed to take you to a given address. Setting up my iPhone with the Forester’s phone system allows seamless handless use of my phone through Bluetooth technology already in my possession. Finally, we drove to the Subaru Dealership with our RV, “retirement vehicle”, and could not take the Forester home (Alice chooses not to drive now). CJ volunteered to drive it to our home a half hour away for a ride back which we cheerfully and gratefully accepted (****This was after the dealership had closed for the day!!!!****). CJ has followed up with us this last two days since we’ve obtained our new used certified Subaru Forester Limited to insure we’re adjusting and answer questions. We’re just happy to be using our dependable, safe, luxurious vehicle while we use the owner manuals to gradually master all the electronics. CJ emphasized the team at Subaru is available if/when/should we have any further needs. THANK YOU SUBARU. The owner’s manuals for example includes Monica Schivone, Sales Consultant’s card we haven’t felt the need use at this time. As if the above doesn’t show CJ and Subaru’s value, the paperwork needed to complete the purchase was completed for/with us by Sean Johnson. His knowledge and patience with us as we went through a myriad of choices and financing options was complemented by Sean’s family orientation that lightened up the atmosphere.
