First off... I’ll be the first one to tell you that I enjoy NOTHING about trying to buy a car... I get anxiety from the thought of having to deal with it. That being said, this was by FAR the best experience I’ve had trying to purchase a car. Ferguson (And Sal, especially) went above and beyond to do as much as they could over the phone! From taking custom videos for me, to answering questions. They were upfront and honest from the word Go! As for Sal, he was honest, respectful, humorous, and compassionate to the cause! Truly, a good dude. He’s got a fun and infectious attitude, along with several other people there. Don’t waste your time with other dealers who will pressure you to the point of frustration.
