Although I have had a good buying experience with this dealer in the past, a couple of weeks ago I went in because of a letter suggesting special pricing with discounts and trade-in. Instead, the salesper dealer in the past, a couple of weeks ago I went in because of a letter suggesting special pricing with discounts and trade-in. Instead, the salesperson never came off the list price, offered less on trade-in than the blue book value, and quoted 12+ percent financing (although my credit score was 793). I felt like I was being taken for a ride, and I don't mean a test drive. I really like my 2021 KIA K5 and would have considered a trade-in and a new purchase, but the offer was almost an insult. When I said the offer wouldn't work, after they came back with nearly the same numbers, the sales manager pushed hard for me to accept a lease. I am very unlikely to go back to this dealership and cannot recommend it to anyone. If you want a KIA, look for a dealer who will work with you, not try to take you to the cleaners. More

One of the smoothest car buying experiences I’ve ever had.
