After purchasing my truck, I initially had some concerns about the loan because I didn’t fully understand how some of the numbers were calculated. They explained where each number came from, why the loan was structured the way it was, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. What stood out most was that they genuinely wanted to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. At no point did I feel like my concerns were being dismissed. Instead, they made the effort to ensure I understood everything and felt confident about where I was with the truck and the financing.
