The General Manager Big Nick was gracious and empathetic with my situation and proved to us he cares about his customers. Alan Jay Toyota will be the only place my family and friends will service and Purchase are cars from. Thank you for your knowledge and hospitality. I was told by another Toyota store my repair would cost $3,500.00 dollars you guys fixed it for $75.00 Seventy five dollars. You saved us $3,425.00 I can’t stop smiling. My wife and I are on a fixed income this would have been difficult for us Thank You again, John Morris. More
