Henry Brown is awesome. I’ve gotten several vehicles through them. This purchase was pretty fast. Had to order it a long time ago so a lot of waiting when the vehicle finall I’ve gotten several vehicles through them. This purchase was pretty fast. Had to order it a long time ago so a lot of waiting when the vehicle finally did come in though seem like it was a rush to get me in and out OnStar didn’t work very well so it would be better if some of the things could’ve been more set up and ready in the vehicle. He had the vehicle ready for a test drive as we drove up. No delay or hard sales pitch. he was super laid back and answered our questions. Once we decided to move forward finance was quick and painless not like some other experiences we have had. Although we live 1 hour away we will for sure be back to see Butch and Henry Brown GMC. We worked with Phil Cross and Butch Shearer and Henry actually came in on one of our meetings about once a month for 1 1.5 years trying to get a 22 Yukon Denali. Then we received the call that Phil coul actually came in on one of our meetings about once a month for 1 1.5 years trying to get a 22 Yukon Denali. Then we received the call that Phil could get us the 2023 Yukon Denali Ultimate that had almost everything on it that John wanted. We jumped on the chance and received it August 19. The service department had to do a little adjustment on the cat back system they added, but other than us just being old, we are trying to work everything. It is a wonderful GMC product and we love it. Everyone including the guys mentioned here went above and beyond for us. Thanks so much Butch, Phil, Adrienne and Mark(in service) were wonderful to work with. More
