Hello, I’d just like to thank Rick for an outstanding job in helping us view the vehicle of interest. What I really was happy about is that he was not pushy trying to make his sale. Our salesman, Butch, b covid, the regular lease guy not present and his fill in was not up to the task and when Tom returned everything was handled. Our salesman, Butch, back on the job and did an excellent job. His follow-up and customer service is the best I've experienced in 60 years of buying cars. Jimmy who filled in for Butch did a very good job as well. Eiji from finance called and did an excellent job of explaining your extended warranty program. Really appreciated his call. More
