Problem with interest rate offered I was given in an offer from Buddy, the sales manager of 1.89%. After leaving the dealership I felt like I had been scammed. I will not buy another Hyundai because of this. More

poor practices I consider myself a hyundai loyalist, having purchased 4 new hyundai's from Allen Hyundai. However on my last deal I participated in the "pull-ahead" I consider myself a hyundai loyalist, having purchased 4 new hyundai's from Allen Hyundai. However on my last deal I participated in the "pull-ahead" program, where you can turn you current lease in early if you purchase or lease another new Hyundai. I did this. Fast forward 3 months and I am checking my credit score and Allen Hyundai, never submitted my payment and the lack of payment was being reported to all the major credit agencies. To further make matters worse, I was not informed my car had excessive "wear and tear", I knew it was over my 12K per year lease miles, so now I am being billed $1789 for mileage and excessive wear and tear, heck I would have just kept the car. What upsets me the most is I have been LIED TO, When I called and spoke to Buddy I was told that charlie, the salesman offered me the chance to "roll" the excess into my lease, which NEVER happened or I would have rolled it into my lease. I do not encourage anyone to do buisness with Allen Hyundai, because they represent everything that is bad in the car business. More
