Bud ensured that everything was ready when I got to the dealership and the entire transaction was completed within 30 minutes. Bud stuck to his word and made the experience stress free. Budd was courteous and patient with us and he was in constant contact with us during the process. We found him to be very personable and a pleasure to work with. My husband and I recently were blessed with a new granddaughter. Every phone call that we have had with Budd, he has taken the time to ask us how the grandkids are, knowing I have been staying with my daughter. Budd has also been respectful of my husbands busy work schedule and has communicated through me as to not interfere with my husbands phone calls, in spite of the fact that my husband was purchasing the vehicle. Our car is only a few weeks old now and because of our pleasant experience and relationship that we have developed with Budd, we have decided to go ahead and purchase another vehicle, that should be in soon.
