Ernest was amazing! My fiancé and I had an excellent experience with him. We got to the dealership a little early and he walked right up to us willing to help us even though they didn’t open for 45 minu experience with him. He made sure that we knew exactly what we were getting when test driving the car and helped us along the way in finding the perfect CX-5 for us. I would recommend asking for Ernest next time you’re shopping around at Mazda North! Bud in finance was also great. Made sure we knew what we were signing and got us a great warranty. My husband and I bought a car from this dealership in My husband and I bought a car from this dealership in 2014 for our oldest son and it was such a great experience that we went back on Black Friday of My husband and I bought a car from this dealership in 2014 for our oldest son and it was such a great experience that we went back on Black Friday of 2020 when our youngest son needed a car. We found a few used cars to preview, spent a lot of time with Aaron Paige (our sales rep) as he showed us several cars, answered all of our questions and was very considerate of our goals and budget. We test drove two cars and settled on a 2018 Mazda 3 hatchback and my son loves it! We worked with the finance department (Bud) and he assisted us with adding our son to the car loan to help him build credit, which was an added bonus for us. Everyone was very professional, honest, not pushy and we had everything wrapped up in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new (used) car and would recommend the sales and finance team we worked with to anyone!
