We were looking to find something in our price range, even if it had to be delivered from another dealership. Rather than help us locate one they had a similar Elantra with extras that we did not need or want. The salesman was very attentive in our needs but when he talked to the finance manager, my wife heard him say if they don’t like the price they can buy somewhere else, as we were leaving he said something along the nature of what’s his problem and again my wife heard him and told him maybe he should talk behind a closed door next time. I politely told the sales associate that she heard what the manager said and that we were leaving.
