First Time Lease Customer As a past car owner, I have had no prior experience with leasing. Once I made the decision to lease rather than buy, The Buzz Chew team was great, ex As a past car owner, I have had no prior experience with leasing. Once I made the decision to lease rather than buy, The Buzz Chew team was great, explaining EVERYTHING in detail, with no pressure. After being greeted by a very friendly and efficient receptionist, I first met with Bryon Chew, who, with his friendly manner, made me feel very comfortable. We had an in-depth discussion about my needs, likes and dislikes. Bryon then introduced me to my salesman, John Galligan, who was wonderful - very attentive, patient, knowledgeable and always available for questions during the decision making process. I also appreciated being given so many choices of cars on the lot, each having a variety of features. Trading in my old car was so easy, as was the entire leasing process. All details were taken care of - from paying off my car loan on my old car, to arranging for insurance and registering the new car. Andy Hickox, of the finance department, was great taking care of all those details. Also, John and Tony Oddon, the tech specialist, were so helpful explaining all the hi tech features on my 2018 Equinox. I am new to Buzz Chew and to Chevrolet and I feel sure I will be a long time customer. How nice to do business with a hometown dealership! I appreciated the professionalism of the entire staff, as well as how beautiful the actual dealership building and grounds are - so clean, well maintained, with much attention to detail. More

Bryon sat us down and explained everything that we needed to think about, Chris took plenty of time with our paperwork and made sure we understood everything we were signing & Tony was patient in explaining all of the bells & whistles that came along with our new car.
