I was able to get the exact truck I wanted at Lifted trucks!! Shopped online, found the year, color, full stock like I wanted and pulled the trigger. Purchased truck online…dealership did not disclose problems with the truck like the power mirrors not working, busted speaker screen and the tailgate being held together by a clamp. Soon as discovered problems with the truck like the power mirrors not working, busted speaker screen and the tailgate being held together by a clamp. Soon as discovered this, I informed the salesperson and sent pics and videos. Was told I would hear something back and never did. Received a phone call from an associate out of the Euless office to ask about my experience. After I told her my experience, she said she would be informing the location I purchased the truck from. Received a call from the salesperson not about the issues. It to ask how I was liking the truck. Told him that I still haven’t heard on the issues I was having. He said give it a few days and someone would be getting back to me. Said they wouldn’t put me on the back burner. Never heard back from anyone and it’s been over a week. Also during the financing process the finance associate way too pushy…high pressure. Made me feel a lot less confident about their product they are selling. More
