Carlos did a great job of finding me pretty much what I wanted. After a test drive etc. we sat down to discuss the price. Honda added 2 other fees of $500 each plus the usual little fees. They acted like I wanted. After a test drive etc. we sat down to discuss the price. Honda added 2 other fees of $500 each plus the usual little fees. They acted like I should be thrilled to get it for such a discounted price ( which was actually the price listed). Whenever I've bought a vehicle before those fees , if they are even real, were already figured into the list price. I felt Hondas sales tactics were false advertising and misrepresentation. I bought my last car there and they were great. Not so much this time. Will there be a next time??? More

The service department was pleasant and knowledgeable. They were able to squeeze me in for a minor repair. But in dealing with the crack in the windshield they fell way short. Two other employees told me They were able to squeeze me in for a minor repair. But in dealing with the crack in the windshield they fell way short. Two other employees told me they send all window repair work out to a shop. But the person in the service department told me they filled it with resin and could put more in if I wanted. I checked at a reputable glass shop and was told it was a really bad job of trying to repair it. He said you get one chance and Honda botched it. So now we just wait and pray it was enough to keep it from spreading. More

Appointment was on time. Jesse came out to greet me even b4 I exited the car! Within 30 minutes, Jesse came to the customer waiting area, told me that my car was ready. At his desk, he explained what all had been done to the car and ultimately handed me an explanatory group of pages illustrating the same. I would recommend this dealership to others. I'll be back.
