Attentive, knowledgeable, without being pushy We went to check out the RAV4 with no intention of buying the same day. I had 2 other SUVs I was thinking about trying. I even told Bryan, our sales associate, we did not plan on buying that day. He took it in stride and continued to answer our questions about the RAV4 , leasing, financing, and checking if the exterior and interior color choice we preferred were available for purchase. He spent a lot of time with us. Much to my surprise, my husband and I decided simultaneously we would buy the RAV4 we wanted. We had purchased a 2003 RAV4 at this dealership so we had a history with this dealership - positive, obviously, since they had the car we wanted, history of great service, and staff that were pleasant and knowledgeable we were confident that we made the right decision that day. I highly recommend this dealership, and Bryan Schultz is a wonderful salesperson. More

Inver Grove Toyota had several like that on the lot. Brian and I took one for a test drive and it was enjoyable and without sales pressure. He answered all my questions knowledgeably and the price was what I expected. Financing was quick and easy and zero % is difficult to beat. The car was prepared and ready the next day. Never in my wildest dreams did i think i would buy a truck online. This is my 9 truck and my 2nd Tundra. I met Bryan on the the dealer chat pop up. My whole purchase was like going to the store and buying a gallon of milk. It was that simple. I live in Illinios and came to Inver Grove to pick up my 2015 Limited Tundra. Bryan, is one of those guys that you can look in the eyes and trust and stands behind his words. I would buy from him again and not even give it a second thought.
