Emailed on March 26th general questions about a camaro they had for sale. Since I live in iowa and was 3 hours away I wanted specific info as to not make a wasted trip. Full out-the-door pricing break they had for sale. Since I live in iowa and was 3 hours away I wanted specific info as to not make a wasted trip. Full out-the-door pricing breakdown Carfax and any service history Tire and brake condition Walkaround/cold start video And a general estimate of my trade. His next email was one sentence and It was out state pricing (no breakdown) and stated that it depended on if i was in state. I told him i was from out of state and reiterated 3 hours away and what i needed to review. His next and last email asked for my cell for the startup video and that the car was in great condition in the showroom. No email was more than 3 sentences. I told him he could attach to an email with the rest of info requested and I never heard anything back after that. Must not want to sell the car that badly. Poor salesmanship. I also had questions as to what tires were actually on the car as the pic had 20 inch performance setup but later in the ad said 18 in all season. Kind of shady unless providing both in which case...why wasn't that said in the listing. Wouldn't recommend. Ill take my business somewhere else. More

He found me a vehicle and when Bryan introduced himself and help me find what I needed. I told him what my budget was and my ideal style of vehicle. He found me a vehicle and went over everything with it and how it would fit my needs. We found a lender that was below my budget and that made me really happy. I would suggest going and seeing Bryan at Schoepp Motors on Northside because he is straight forward, direct, no xx and funny. I felt at ease with Bryan and thank him very much for making my car buying experience very pleasant. More
