I honesty believe that this issue will never be resolved. The company & general manager Bryan should be grateful that I cannot afford a lawyer at this time as I'm putting my child through college. But shame on you for mistreating the less fortunate that come to you & purchase a vehicle from you. We fatten your pockets as you disgrace the name of this company! As I draw breath on this earth I will most definitely let people know who are shopping for a vehicle NOT go to Airpark Dodge. Have the day you deserve.

This company & general manager Bryan Hrabe still has not resolved this issue. $399 was included automatically added for the Zeytek application upon purchasing my vehicle and could not be removed. Due to poor communication from this company I lost out on half of this application. I traveled over 500 miles round trip, lost time from work, wear & tear and gas only to be told they cannot assist due to the weather! This is where customer service needed to convey the possibility of non-service. Then the GM verbally informed me that the cost would be reimbursed to me back in OCTOBER 2025! This has yet to happen. I am very disappointed with this dealership & would not recommend to purchase from them.
