Have purchased 4 cars from this dealership Always the usual back and forth but never experienced any one like Shane Basilone, Rude and condescending just didn't seem like he had any customer service rat usual back and forth but never experienced any one like Shane Basilone, Rude and condescending just didn't seem like he had any customer service rather " it matters not what you want buy the car i'm telling you to buy not interested in what you think and want" I will not return to this dealership as customer service comes last. The only Positive was Bryan Hrabe the general manager , he is very good but Shane .............never again More

This dealership completely and totally lacks integrity and accountability. My initial experience was fine, typical of every previous dealership experience. However, after purchasing a certified used car and accountability. My initial experience was fine, typical of every previous dealership experience. However, after purchasing a certified used car for my wife and leasing a vehicle for myself. The trouble began, my wife left dealership and went to pick up our kids from school when all the dashboard lights started to flash. She was panicked and confused as the dealership said everything was good upon leaving. Came to find out aside from lights there was no oil in engine. She brought it in the next day to be checked out. They kept the car overnight, next day the salesmen said car is fine but as he was off we could keep loaner another day and pick up car the following day. My wife did just that as her schedule was busy. When she returned to pick it up she drove it off the lot and as she headed home the lights once again came on. She immediately called to be told they would not repair it and that we were past the three day return policy. When pressed the salesmen told her he was just doing what his boss told him to and his hands were tied. Once this lease is over I will never do business with this place again. A real shame as my last jeep was from there and my family has been clients of this dealership For years. More

This is my 3rd car I’ve purchased here and unfortunately it will be the last. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and it’s a shame how I’ve been treated. I traded in my car last Monday and requested that m it will be the last. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and it’s a shame how I’ve been treated. I traded in my car last Monday and requested that my wheels and tires be switched to my new car since they were new and the car I was buying had bald tires. I thought they were being nice until I drove off the lot and all tires went red because the TPMS failed. I brought back the car and they supposedly fixed it but once again when I drove away it showed failed TPMS system. When I called Shane (who sold me the car) he told me they would not be fixing it because it is not a safety concern. Even though I purchased the extra electrical warranty I was told it was not covered. They obviously messed something up or failed to switch the tires properly for this to happen. It is going to be costly for me paying out of pocket when they could easily fix their mistake. I hope they understand I am now driving around blindly with my young kids in the car. I don’t feel like I am asking much, it would be an easy fix for them and they are being unreasonable. I am highly disappointed. I have spoken to Shane several times in the past week to get this resolved with absolutely no help. My husband email the manager with no response. Buyer beware. More

This was by far the best vehicle buying experience that I have had. Everyone we dealt with was helpful and very knowledgeable, they answered all of our questions and there was no pressure! Everything was explained in detail from beginning to the end of the buying experience. We had questions about the truck we were buying as to whether it would accommodate our 5th wheel and current hitch, they not only listened and answered our questions, they helped measure our current truck bed in comparison to the new one we were looking at to ensure it would work. Everyone was awesome and would definitely recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle! More

Terrible experience. Multiple errors in the calculation of the deal. Multiple paperwork errors. The follow up documents sent to me were not even for my transaction. I realize today that i have been charged $2000 for a warranty that i expressly stated I did not want. I think i am going to file a consumer report to the BBB and possible a predatory lending practices complaint if that is possible. I will figure that out next week. More
