I’d like to comment on Bryan Fulton our sales associate and my experience at Golf Mill Ford. My mother helped me look for a car on February 3rd and was assisted by Bryan Fulton. She was so thrilled with th and my experience at Golf Mill Ford. My mother helped me look for a car on February 3rd and was assisted by Bryan Fulton. She was so thrilled with the car and Bryan so she brought me back on the 4th and we purchased the car. The whole experience took about an hour to where Bryan and the dealership were phenomenal! Regular dealership normal problems Overall buying experience was ok, Issue I had was multiple people trying to sell me a truck way to may emails, phone calls, text messages, ect. It would have been nice even if they had got my name right but they couldn't. Also the cleaning of the vehicle, I get it, that department had a short time to get it ready when I was buying but it but I brought it back for service and specifically asked about getting it cleaned up since they would now have the time, Nothing done still looked as bad as when I bought it. Bad marks for that department. More
