Oil Change Came in without being scheduled as I travel a lot. The team got me in and actually turned me in about an hour. All of my dealings with the service department over the past 5 years have been good. I really like the new video that is sent nice touch to give a new experience. More

Until now my experience has been good. Frustrated. First I love my car and have felt well served until recently. However I have an unresolved issue with my S5 and feel like i now have no recourse to g First I love my car and have felt well served until recently. However I have an unresolved issue with my S5 and feel like i now have no recourse to get it resolved even though the car is still under warrantee. The car intermittently and unpredictable will not start. Turns on but does not engage the starter. When it occurs and u jump it ....it starts immediately. I’ve had the car in twice now for service and each time it is returned with no fix and no idea of next steps. When I asked what next to get this resolved I was told I should call Audi USA. ??? Lithia is my dealer...shouldn’t you be calling Audi?? I have been told there are no codes and no service bulletins on the issue. I have provided a video of what the car does when the issue occurs. I know the tech was not able to recreate the problem. I get this is a challenge but I have seen no other solutions presented. Try something. Replace a computer or battery or something but telling me this is my problem and to call Audi is not acceptable. Disappointed and hopeful this will be resolved. I love the car....accept for this. More

Remote purchase made easy Mercedes Mickelson (Mercy) was fantastic and helped facilitate a very easy process along with Jeremy the sales manager. The deal was simple, once I fi Mercedes Mickelson (Mercy) was fantastic and helped facilitate a very easy process along with Jeremy the sales manager. The deal was simple, once I finally said yes(it takes me a while sometimes!) everything was prepared once I got to the dealership which is about a 3 hour drive. It is a testament to the strength of the deal and the people involved that I drove 3 hours when there are two Audi dealers within 30 mins of my home. I could have probably worked a price match and dealer trade with a local dealer but why? These folks worked hard to earn my business and they deserve it and they will work for yours too I’m sure. Love my new car! More
