As always service was perfect. Booked at a convenient time. They were expecting me. Kept me informed of progress. Sent a video inspection (which is great). This is my second survey - a little annoying. My visit was fine, but when I went to pick up my car, I had a hard time finding someone so that I could pay and get my report. The woman who checked me out c was fine, but when I went to pick up my car, I had a hard time finding someone so that I could pay and get my report. The woman who checked me out could not answer questions on my report and no service engineer was available to speak with me - this was at 5:30PM, so not a weird time to be picking up a car from Service. And, as it turns out, if the dealership would invest in a color printer, I would not have had any questions on my report. More

Worst service I've received at any Audi dealership. Maybe the worst service period. The service writer was just flat out rude and condescending. He offered a loaner car to everyone that came in but me. A com the worst service period. The service writer was just flat out rude and condescending. He offered a loaner car to everyone that came in but me. A complete waste of time, money. However, at least I know now that I don't want to buy there. More
