Great service! The service department was friendly and courteous. They kept me updated via text on all of the maintenance that was required and provided a detailed report at the conclusion of the appointm courteous. I had my front driver side window regulator replaced as part of the service. The window works fine and the video from Jose Matos stated that the right rear tire pressure was 27. Two days later I received part of the service. The window works fine and the video from Jose Matos stated that the right rear tire pressure was 27. Two days later I received a tire pressure warning. After checking all tire pressures, all were okay at 36 except the right rear which as 43. Seemed very high and not sure what happened. Also note that when I went to pickup the car, none of the service managers were wearing masks. Not a good sight to see. Disappointed in their lack of customer safety during a pandemic. When I dropped the car off initially, Bryan was the only one who wore a mask (good for him). When I came to pick it up, Bryan was on vacation and no one in that area behind the desk had a mask. More
