Spoke to Andrew at first, and got stuck with Troy because Andrew had another customer. I gave him all my personal information the first day I went in.. including my email, name, phone number, etc. I went in the next day to purchase my vehicle.. I sent him all my information from the bank in which I got a loan from… he asked me again for the same information I gave to him the day prior as if I didn’t give it to him. I had to resend paperwork several times because he “didn’t have it”. He was also on a personal cell phone call the whole time while I was giving him my information which is very unprofessional in my opinion. Not speaking to the person he was on the phone call with, but someone was on the line… I should have had 100% of his attention. When confronted about it by my fiancé, he explained he has been in sales for 18 years and was “very mature”. If I come back to purchase again.. I wouldn’t care to go through him. A $30,000 brand new vehicle purchase .. I would expect an exceptional customer service. I was very disappointed. Out of all the other car places around our area, I chose Bondy’s.. and I can easily go somewhere else next time. Otherwise, everything was awesome!
