Service - "It's About the People!" For years I have avoided dealer service departments mostly because of the lack of genuine interest in the customer, by the Service Dept., which usuall For years I have avoided dealer service departments mostly because of the lack of genuine interest in the customer, by the Service Dept., which usually transfers to the mechanics. The two individuals (Blaine, Darlene and Brittany) that I have had the pleasure of dealing with when it comes to service at Sport Subaru South are superb. They care, know their business and are attentive to the needs of the customer. I believe that this positive attitude and focus on the customer transfers to the actual mechanics who do the work of maintaining and repairing Subaru vehicles brought into this dealership. I have been totally satisfied with the service from Sport Subaru South from the time I drop off my vehicle, until I pick it up after repair or maintenance. They and the mechanics represent the Subaru brand well! More
