This was my very first experience leasing a brand new car and I didn't know a thing going into it. I worked directly with Brianna Tozzo and am at a loss for words as to how absolutely amazing she is. She is incredibly professional and thorough all while making you feel extremely comfortable. If I could work with someone this wonderful with every transaction it would be a dream come true. Brianna explained everything to me and answered any and all questions I had, and trust me I had a lot. I must have called her 2-3 times a day with questions and requests, yet she was always happy to help and do whatever necessary to make things simple for me. The day I picked up my car I couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently everything was done. Frank Ferraro was so kind and helpful when I signed papers. Everyone in this establishment is incredibly friendly and professional. I wish I could buy a car every week because they were such a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership to everyone I know. Brianna made my first car buying experience so amazing and I am so very thankful for that. Brianna is absolutely the best!!! I had two previous MDX's - both from this dealership. A 2006 which I traded for a 2009 16 months ago and this past weekend I downsized to a 2011 RDX which I absolutely MDX's - both from this dealership.
