Simply put, Brianna is the "best in the business" and the main reason we've leased numerous RDX's from this dealership. We have such confidence in Brianna that we were going to roll our 2018 RDX into the 202 main reason we've leased numerous RDX's from this dealership. We have such confidence in Brianna that we were going to roll our 2018 RDX into the 2021 RDX "sight unseen" just by calling Brianna and asking her if she could get the color and trim we wanted. Brianna cautioned us that the 2021 was a complete redesign and we should give it a test drive just to make sure we were comfortable with all the changes. After the test drive she presented the different trims and options and based on how well she knew us and our driving habits she suggested one of the lower priced models. After the lease was done, Brianna helped us get some paperwork corrected even though this work was outside of her sales area of responsibility. She has always gone "above and beyond" for us and will do whatever it takes to make the best customer experience. Highly recommend! More
