At 1st was little upset because cars that were suppose to be there were not there we drove 2 hrs.but then brianna made us comfortable. Made buying a KIS Soul an enjoyable experience. Would return to this dealer for another KIA .. Especially enjoyed dealing with both Brianna and the Finance Manager. Brianna was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and full of energy. Jaylen was an incredible help as well. I rate both of them as high as possible. There was another managerial employee who was extremely condescending and berating to Brianna, was extremely unprofessional for literally yelling at her in front of her customer. He was a poor brand ambassador and hopefully not the type of person Russ Darrow would allow to behave in this way. The Finance Manager also treated Brianna in a horrible way, badmouthing her behind her back repeatedly. This mysogenistic behavior seems to be part of the Russ Darrow culture and seems to be left unchecked. More
