Tried to buy a Genesis. Salesman would not quote me a price. Tried to entice me to sign a paper saying I would buy the car. I asked for the keys to my car (6) times so I could depart. When I finally got price. Tried to entice me to sign a paper saying I would buy the car. I asked for the keys to my car (6) times so I could depart. When I finally got my Keyes, another salesman provided me with numbers that were not reasonable. Holding customers hostage—-ridiculous!!! I am 76, purchased numerous cars, and never experienced this type of behavior from salesmen. More

Brian was and is a horrible salesman. I was interested in the 08 Kia Rio, which was listed on the internet $3591. I came to test drive on yesterday,(5/25/2021, was satisfied. I asked him was that the list in the 08 Kia Rio, which was listed on the internet $3591. I came to test drive on yesterday,(5/25/2021, was satisfied. I asked him was that the listed price, he replied it was. I was on break from work, I told him that I wanted the car for my daughter, wo is going away to school in the fall, I also told him that I needed a Bill of Sale, to take to my bank, he stated that I needed to come in the next day to get one. On 5/26/2021, I returned about noon, (my appt. time) he gave me the run around, had me waiting for over an hour, while I was still on lunch break from work, Well, he finally came back and showed me a piece of paper with the listed price plus an additional $4000.00 added onto it. I was like, are you kidding me. I then questioned the price jump, . He stated that the car was "reconditioned", Whatever the xxxx that means. He couldn't explain thoroughly what it meant, when I asked him. To make a long story short, I was very unhappy with him, his unprofessional knowledge of the car price, and his job period!!! I ended up walking out, furious, I maybe a female, and I know how carsalesmen try to get over on females, but I have had at least 5-6 new/ used cars, and have not been treated as such like I received today!! I expected to pay the listed price,$3591.00 plus tax, title, fees, but not an extra $4000.00 profit from me. Not to mention while sitting in this dealership, the price jumped from $3591.00 to $5591, on the internet. I' so glad that I screenshot the price before it suddenly took a hike in price. This was a HORRIBLE experience, I will NEVER come here again, I will be contacting Ryan Rohrman, as well as BBB(Better Business Bureau), social media, ( Yelp, Facebook, Instagram) of how I was treated at your dealership. I agree what the gentlemen wrote on March 31, 2021, it's xx!!! Find another SUCKER, because I'm not the one!!! More

They simply do not honor their advertised on their web site prices on the NEW cars (which at times are much lower than MSRP). So, whatever you see online is all total BS. You call them, they tell you the site prices on the NEW cars (which at times are much lower than MSRP). So, whatever you see online is all total BS. You call them, they tell you the car is on their lot and they will honor the price. When you come to the dealership the car is there on the lot, the advertised price is there displayed on the screen in front of you on their computers but they will not sell the car to you for the price + all requires fees. Basically, you are at square one negotiating the price starting with original MSRP. The dealer lectured me that they don't have to sell the car to me for the advertised price because of small print on the site stating the price can change without a notice. Guess what? The price did not change on their web site, it did not change when you talk to them on the phone, but it did change when I walked into the dealership in person. It's like the dealership is the only place where the price is different. To save a deal I even offered to buy the car for HIGHER than advertised price but no - my offer was rejected. Now, tell me what the advertised on their web site price is? It is total BS designed to lure you onto their premises. That's all. While I agree a dealer is not under obligation to sell the car to me I find the tactics unacceptable. It all ended with time lost for both parties and bunch of negative emotions. Why does it have to be like this? Advertise a realistic price, stick to it, everyone would be happier and the chances of a deal go up dramatically. Just a thought. So, give yourself a favor - save your time and find a dealership which honors their advertised prices on the new cars. Or if you still want to try your luck - negotiate final price by phone and request signed by manager purchased contract first sent to you by email. Even then I would not bet a nickel they will honor their contract. Good luck. More
