BUT at Mazda Wesley Chapel, I experienced WONDERFUL customer service from the moment I walked in and was greeted by my salesman, Charlie Epting Jr., to the moment I was handed the keys to my 2020 Mazda3. It was a VERY refreshing change in my experience compared to other dealerships I had visited. Everyone I interacted with at this location was friendly, respectful, courteous, knowledgeable, eager to make me happy and earn my business, and an overall pleasure to work with. It was quite the hassle-free process, and one I am VERY happy with. I felt taken care of and appreciated as a loyal Mazda customer. I wasn't pressured to make a rushed decision or pushed to go with anything other than *what I wanted*. This staff went above and BEYOND on VARIOUS accounts to make it happen for me and I couldn't be more happy with my experience AND my new vehicle!!!! My experience at Mazda of Wesley Chapel was great. Charlie helped me pick out a cx-9 that was perfect for me. He was very thorough in explaining and showing me how everything worked. Charlie made this my best car buying process ever! As I was getting my 2010 Mazda CX-7 serviced I was torn between getting it serviced again, or just getting a new vehicle. But when I mentioned it to my service adviser Andrew and Mr Moon, they said, :not to worry because we have just the person to walk you through this, and his name is Charlie Epting:. Charlie was simply amazing. He was not pushy and took his time with me to help me understand everything about my new vehicle. I've bought lots of vehicles over my lifetime but no one has ever taken the time to go over every option that this new SUV offers. Even the manager, Chris Littlepage was so helpful in getting all my paperwork completed with the finance guy.
