Michael Donadio made the whole process so easy- 5 stars to Mike. Michael took me for a test drive and showed me the various options for CRVs. My first encounter with Mr Rua was about cd's and rates, I didn't know I was in a bank. My next encounter was I told him 5 time not interested in 8 year fix plan . I made an appt to test drive a car and they didn’t bother to check to see if it was sold. Then they offer an alternative car that (after filling out all the paperwork) turns out was already sold. Then they f to check to see if it was sold. Then they offer an alternative car that (after filling out all the paperwork) turns out was already sold. Then they find another car that was more money to sell me. Could be all bad luck but felt like manipulation. Then, the sales manager comes back for 30 seconds throws a bunch of numbers at me and rushes off (no chance to haggle there). I was already there for 3 hours at this point. They kept blaming my wait on a “new system”. Then, when I pick up my car I get the hard sell on a warranty. They never said it was an extra 5 grand! You expect a certain amount of manipulation when buying a car but the whole experience was frustrating. Either way, i would not recommend dealing with them. I was contacted by Lindsey Harden who graciously listened to my whole story and made no excuses for what happened. She took responsibility and I believe that although she cannot change the past- she can use feedback like mine to help others going forward. I’m upping my rating to 3 stars based on her alone and recommend that if you get into a situation like mine- ask for Lindsey. More
