Background; I leased a BMW every 3 years from Westchester BMW (NY) 1985 to 2002 when I moved to Fl. At lease end I leased my next Beemer from Braman. AND every car since a total of 4 lease BMW’s Westchester BMW (NY) 1985 to 2002 when I moved to Fl. At lease end I leased my next Beemer from Braman. AND every car since a total of 4 lease BMW’s one used MB conv purchase. I own my current car a 2018 M240i convertible because last year no cars meeting my spec were available. . I brought my car in for a scheduled annual oil change. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect! I’ll not be returning again! 1. My first words to the service advisor were. “ Please have someone appraise the car and have sales give me a call we’ll get together when I pick up the car.” Service advisor’s Reply @11am "oil change usually takes an hour or two your car will definitely be ready by 2pm. I planned accordingly. The advisor went on to say we're giving you a loaner this time, but you're out of warranty & no longer entitled to one? Contrary to the extension I purchased at lease end.?? I figured I’d deal with lease end paper work with someone higher up! ..My wife was still getting a loaner on a 2002 Lexus right up until she got her current 2020 Lexus Nx I called at 1::30, / 2::30 and at 3lm I was informed my car would be ready ~5pm I was told if I was waiting my car would have been in a different queue. I explained in spite of the fact sales never contacted me, you may want tell tell sales managers not wait in any queue, I’ll not be back To Top off the day Upon picking up the car I noticed while the exterior was still wet the interior appeared untouched in fact it was a mess plus covering hazardously left on the floor by gas and brake pedals. Leaving Bramam I was heading into the western sun and the inside of the windshield had beet smeared with a filthy wet rag. I had a beach towel and water bottle and cleaned the inside while parked off the road. I hit the windshield wipers and heard a loud scratching noise from the passenger side I hopped out to discover the blade was resting beneath the windshield- someone had broken it off, it worked fine the day before my visit to Bramam Vowing that it I’ll never cross Bramam’s threshold I stopped at Firestone and spent $30 for a new blade Decisions decisions which model Lexus will I buy - I know from personal experience the dealership a mile away is light years ahead of Bramam the way that they VALUE THEIR CUSTOMER’s LOYALTY UNLIKE BRAMAM More
