Brian is very helpful and very friendly. Had me in a brand new CX-30 after a car accident left my old Mazda totaled. I called Brian Matt one day in June out of the blue to work with a Mazda sales rep. He promised to deliver a new CX-30 to me when available and that is EXACTLY what he did.
