Brian, who guided us through the entire process, was attentive, helpful, and reassuring. He made sure we felt comfortable and supported throughout the experience, which made a big difference. This is my second time purchasing a vehicle from Schomp Mazda, and once again, it was an enjoyable experience! As a parent with a baby, I also really appreciated the kids’ room available to customers. My little one absolutely loved it, and it was such a nice bonus to have a space where he could play while we took care of everything. Overall, I’m very happy with our experience and appreciate the excellent customer service, family-friendly environment, and the care shown throughout the process. Thank you, Brian, and the Schomp Mazda team! I would definitely recommend them. More

Buying a car from Schomp was as easy as it could’ve been. Their sales reps make no commission, so there literally was one singular moment with upsells and they all were just extra vehicle protection. No snea Their sales reps make no commission, so there literally was one singular moment with upsells and they all were just extra vehicle protection. No sneaky dealer addons costing 4k or anything. Additionally, the staff there made the entire process a breeze. Special thanks to Jerome for guiding me through the process, Brian for helping me get set up in the car, and Jovany for being transparent with trade in value. Would most definitely recommend any Schomp dealership on the virtue of skipping all the haggling, and getting a new car pretty xxxx quick. More

I recently purchased my new vehicle from Schomp Mazda in Aurora, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and valued. I came in wit Aurora, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From the moment I walked in, the entire team made me feel welcome and valued. I came in with one car in mind — I knew exactly what I wanted — but they still took the time to show me a few other options I might like. In the end, I went with my first choice because it was already such a great deal. The price listed online was clear and honest — no haggling, no hidden surprises — which is something I really appreciate about Schomp Mazda. There was a small hiccup with the paperwork, but the team handled it quickly and professionally, turning it into a smooth, stress-free process. Brian, my sales consultant, was amazing — friendly, patient, and knowledgeable — and EJ, one of the managers, went above and beyond to make sure everything went right from start to finish. There were also several other finance managers and sales reps who stopped by to help, congratulate me, and just make the experience feel personal and fun. It wasn’t just one or two people doing their jobs — it was the whole Schomp Mazda team working together to make sure I was happy and confident with my purchase. I absolutely love my new car, and I’m grateful for how straightforward and transparent they were throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be recommending Schomp Mazda — even though most of my friends and family live in another state (haha) — because they truly earned my trust and respect. — Angel More
